Try a breakfast burrito to make. I think we can get a lot of cheap ingredients. I have an exact recipe, but here is how to do:
Breakfast Burritos
Tortillas
Eggs
Cheese
Sauce
Bulbs
green peppers
Scramble eggs and cook. Separately, fry the onions and peppers. In a tortilla, sprinkle instead of eggs, onions and peppers, salsa, cheese and bread.
This is more protein than eggs and retain students of saturation. The sauce and the peppers are a good way to find vegetables. You can even have a little meat, if in the budget.
