Before and after are good. Hot air for a while. You can also use a mattress, vinyl cover, which could make good on the bed.

Yes, it is important. What do well to treatment and then infected in the same bed?
Wash cloths before and after hot water with a little bleach in the water when the leaves are discolored. Better than Underwash.
